DESCRIPTION: Styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion based, water based, silky matt,pearl effect surface texture, exact wiping ability decorative interior and exterior paint.
PROPERTIES:ASİST SEDEF EFEKTLİ BOYA is water based, silky matt, exact wiping ability,pearl effect surface texturedecorative interior and exterior paint. It has a excellent adhesion to applied surfaces. It does not spill and blister.It has a desired texture effect and hide the cracks and surface defects when applied to the surfaces.It is resistant to the maximum degree of chemical cleaning products used at home.It is highly resistant to all kinds of weather conditions, UV rays, alkali effect surface structure, impact and abrasion.
APPLICATION AREAS: ASİST SEDEF EFEKTLİ BOYA can be used safely in all types of interior wall areas such as plaster, gypsum plaster, plaster board, paintable paper and chipboard surfaces and exterior wall areas such as exterior paste applied.
APPLICATION: The surfaces to be applied by ASİST SEDEF EFEKTLİ BOYA should be dry, clean, sound and free from dust.Blistered and / or loose areas on the surface should be absolutely blasted and surface prepared. Surface oil, soot, rust and dirty areas should be cleaned with suitable materials before application. For old painted interior surfaces ASİST ÜNİVERSAL ASTAR, for plastered or highly absorbent surfaces binder primer ordustproof transparent primer is recommended as a primer before application. For exterior surfaces, after applying exterior paste ASİST ÜNİVERSAL ASTAR should be used as a primer before application. During application, care must be taken that the surface and ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +30 °C. Application must be done by two coats and wait minimum 4 hours between first and second coats.You should complete the product application in the second layer application and give desired texture with the decorative pattern apparatus or decorative pattern rolls without drying the second coat.Tools can be cleaned with water.
THINNING RATIO: For the first coat dilute %10 by volume with water (approx. 1,5 liters of water for 15 L packaging), for the second coat do not thin with water. Absolutely clean water should be used.
DRYING TIME: ( 20 °C, HR %65 )Touch drying time 2 hour, second coat paint application time 4 hours, exact drying time 24 hours. The application should be protected from freezing conditions during the exact drying period. A minimum of 15 days must pass after the application has been made in order to be fully gain exact wiping ability.
CONSUMPTION: Depending on the condition of type of surface, absorption and ambient conditions to be applied, with 1 liter can be painted 9-12 m² on one coat and 5-7 m² on two coats.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: It has a shelf life of 2 years inareas without direct sunlight and in an environment with ambient temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C for unopened packages.Storage environment should be absolutely protected from freezing. Opened and non-thinned products can be stored if tightly closed.
