BİNDER

DESCRIPTION: Styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion based, water based, helpfull to reduce paint consumption, prevents powder and high absorption on acrylic based putty and plastered surfaces, excellent adhesion strength, transparent color decorative interior paint primer.  

PROPERTIES: ALBERA BİNDER is water based, , prevents powder and high absorption on acrylic based putty and plastered surfaces, transparent color decorative interior paint primer. It has a excellent adhesion to applied surfaces. It does not spill and blister. It increase the adhesion between the surface to be applied and the paint. It is also helpful to reduce paint consumption on acrylic based putty and plastered surfaces. 

APPLICATION AREAS: ALBERA BİNDER can be used safely in all types of acrylic based putty and plaster applied interior wall areas and old painted lime paint or low quality plastic paint surfaces.

APPLICATION: The surfaces to be applied by ALBERA BİNDER should be dry, clean, sound and free from dust. Blistered and / or loose areas on the surface should be absolutely blasted and surface prepared. Surface oil, soot, rust and dirty areas should be cleaned with suitable materials before application. During application, care must be taken that the surface and ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +30 °C. Application can be done by brush, roller or spray method. Application must be done by one coat and wait minimum 6 hours for starting to apply paint coats. Tools can be cleaned with water.

THINNING RATIO: Dilute 1/7 ratio by volume with water (approx. 105 liters of water for 15 L packaging). Absolutely clean water should be used.

DRYING TIME: ( 20 °C, HR %65 ) Touch drying time 1 hour, paint application time 6 hours. The application should be protected from freezing conditions during the exact drying period.

CONSUMPTION: Depending on the condition of type of surface, absorption and ambient conditions to be applied, with 1 liter can be primed 65-80 m² on one coat. 

STORAGE CONDITIONS: It has a shelf life of 2 years in areas without direct sunlight and in an environment with ambient temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C for unopened packages. Storage environment should be absolutely protected from freezing. Opened and non-thinned products can be stored if tightly closed.

PACKAGING: 15 L, 2,5 L, 0,75 L container.

S29 - Do not empty into drains.

S64 - If swallowed, rinse mouth with water (only if the person is conscious).
