DESCRIPTION: Elastomeric acrylic copolymer emulsion based, water based, forms an elastic and water impermeable film when dry, one component decorative water insulation material.
PROPERTIES:ALBERA BLOCK is water based, one component, elastic, waterproof property, decorative water insulation material. It has a excellent adhesion to applied surfaces. It does not spill and blister.It has also perfect breathing ability. This allows the surfaces to stay dry by evacuating the existing moisture. It is highly resistant to all kinds of weather conditions, UV rays, alkali effect surface structure and hot-cold differences.
APPLICATION AREAS: ALBERA BLOCK can be used safely in all types of interior and exterior areas such as ytong, brick, briquette, galvanized sheet, cement based plaster, roof base of eaves, horizontal and vertical surfaces of balconies and terrace areas and water tanks.
APPLICATION: The surfaces to be applied by ALBERA BLOCK should be dry, clean, sound and free from dust.Blistered and / or loose areas on the surface should be absolutely blasted and surface prepared. Surface oil, soot, rust and dirty areas should be cleaned with suitable materials before application.Spaces or pits must be repaired with repair mortar before application.The application area must be inclined to the correct area to ensure the flow of water. You must use ALBERA BLOCK by diluting %100 as a primer and wait 6 hours before application.
ALBERA BLOCK should be applied in two coats without diluting and waiting for 24 hours between coatings after priming for waterproofing. The second coat application should be done in the opposite direction of the first coat application.The air must be dry during application. During application, care must be taken that the surface and ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +30 °C. Application can be done by brush, roller or spray method.If the application is to be used by humans on the surfaces, a protective coating such as screed or ceramic must be made. Tools can be cleaned with water.
THINNING RATIO: Dilute %100 by volume with water (approx. 15 liters of water for 20 kg packaging) as a primer. Absolutely clean water should be used. Do not thin with water for the first and second coat application.
DRYING TIME: ( 20 °C, HR %65 )Primer layer drying time 6 hours, second coat application time 24 hours, exact drying time 48 hours. The application should be protected from freezing conditions during the exact drying period.
CONSUMPTION: Depending on the condition of type of surface, absorption and ambient conditions to be applied, with 1 kg can be insulated 0,75-1 m² in vertical applications, 1-1,5 m² on the horizontal applications.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: It has a shelf life of 1 year inareas without direct sunlight and in an environment with ambient temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C for unopened packages.Storage environment should be absolutely protected from freezing. Opened and non-thinned products can be stored if tightly closed.
