DESCRIPTION: Styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion based, water based, silicone based and boron supplement, extra elasticity,assistant to heat insulation,improved water repellent, silky matt, high covering property decorative exterior paint.
PROPERTIES:ALBERA FORTE is water based, silky matt, high covering property, extra elasticity, improved water repellent, silicone based and boron supplement decorative exterior paint. It has a excellent adhesion to applied surfaces. It does not spill and blister.Water repellency and vapor permeability are very high because of the special silicone structure it contains.It has also perfect breathing ability. This allows the surfaces to stay dry by evacuating the existing moisture. Because of the boron supplement, the surfaces are also contaminated later and help to heat insulation. It is highly resistant to all kinds of weather conditions, UV rays, alkali effect surface structure, impact and abrasion. Extra elastic structure bridges and closes the shrinkage cracks that may occur on the surface.
APPLICATION AREAS: ALBERA FORTE can be used safely in all types of exterior wall areas such as mineral substrate, plaster, concrete, fiber concrete and old painted surfaces.
APPLICATION: The surfaces to be applied by ALBERA FORTE should be dry, clean, sound and free from dust.Blistered and / or loose areas on the surface should be absolutely blasted and surface prepared. Surface oil, soot, rust and dirty areas should be cleaned with suitable materials before application. For new or old painted surfaces ALBERA SCALA ASTAR, for mineral-based decorative coating surfaces ALBERA FORTE ASTAR should be used as a primer before application. In order to avoid fluctuation on the surface, thinning with water should be done in the same ratio and paint application should be done without interruption. During application, care must be taken that the surface and ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +30 °C. Application can be done by brush, roller or spray method. Application must be done by two coats and wait minimum 2 hours between first and second coats. Tools can be cleaned with water.
THINNING RATIO: Dilute %10 by volume with water (approx. 1,5 liters of water for 15 L packaging). Absolutely clean water should be used.
DRYING TIME: ( 20 °C, HR %65 )Touch drying time 1 hour, second coat paint application time 2 hours, exact drying time 24 hours. The application should be protected from freezing conditions during the exact drying period.
CONSUMPTION: Depending on the condition of type of surface, absorption and ambient conditions to be applied, with 1 liters can be painted 6-8 m² on one coat and 4-5 m² on two coats.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: It has a shelf life of 2 years inareas without direct sunlight and in an environment with ambient temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C for unopened packages.Storage environment should be absolutely protected from freezing. Opened and non-thinned products can be stored if tightly closed.
PACKAGING: 15 L, 7,5 L, 2,5 L container.
