DESCRIPTION: Acrylic emulsion based special resins mixture, hybrid techonology, water based, matt,helpfull to reduce paint consumption,high covering property,excellent adhesion strength,anticorrosive,white colordecorative wooden and metal surface paint primer.
PROPERTIES:ALBERA PLATİNUM SU BAZLI AHŞAP&METAL ASTARI is water based, matt, high covering property decorative wooden and metal surface paint primer. It has a excellent adhesion to applied surfaces. It does not spill and blister. Itincrease the adhesion between the surface to be applied and the paint.. Because of its anticorrosive property you do not need to apply antirust before application of last coat.It is also resistant to yellowing. It is also human health and enviroment friendly because of free of solvents. It has a high resistance to corrosion and weather conditions. Drying time is much shorter than synthetic based products and because of this it is very easily applied.It is also helpful to reduce paint consumption on finished surfaces.
APPLICATION AREAS: ALBERA PLATİNUM SU BAZLI AHŞAP&METAL ASTARI can be used safely in all types of wooden and metal surfaces.
APPLICATION: The surfaces to be applied by ALBERA PLATİNUM SU BAZLI AHŞAP&METAL ASTARI should be dry, clean, sound and free from dust.Blistered and / or loose areas on the surface should be absolutely blasted and surface prepared. Surface oil, soot, rust and dirty areas should be cleaned with suitable materials before application.The first time painted wooden surfaces to be applied should be purified from the knots, ALBERA PLATİNUM SU BAZLI AHŞAP VERNİĞİ should be diluted by 50% and this product should be saturated before application of primer should be started.The surface must be aged with sandpaper if application is to be made on metal surfaces which synthetic paint applied. During application, care must be taken that the surface and ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +30 °C. Application can be done by brush, roller or spray method. Application must be done by one coat and wait minimum 4 hours for starting to apply paint coats. Tools can be cleaned with water.
THINNING RATIO: Dilute %10 by volume with water (approx. 1,5 liters of water for 15 L packaging). Absolutely clean water should be used.
DRYING TIME: ( 20 °C, HR %65 )Touch drying time 1 hour, paint application time 4 hours. The application should be protected from freezing conditions during the exact drying period.
CONSUMPTION: Depending on the condition of type of surface, absorption and ambient conditions to be applied, with 1 liter can be primed 10-14 m² on one coat.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: It has a shelf life of 2 years inareas without direct sunlight and in an environment with ambient temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C for unopened packages.Storage environment should be absolutely protected from freezing. Opened and non-thinned products can be stored if tightly closed.
PACKAGING: 15 L, 2,5 L, 0,75 L container.
