DESCRIPTION: Acrylic emulsion based special resins mixture, hybrid techonology, water based, perfect wooden penetration ability, high filler propertydecorative filler varnish.
PROPERTIES:ALBERA PLATİNUM SU BAZLI DOLGU VERNİĞİ is water based, high fiiler property decorative filler varnish. It has a excellent penetration to applied surfaces. It does not spill and blister.It fills the porous surface of the wood and makes it available for sanding.It is also human health and enviroment friendly because of free of solvents. It has a high resistance to sunlight and weather conditions. Drying time is much shorter than synthetic based products and because of this it is very easily applied. ALBERA PLATİNUM SU BAZLI DOLGU VERNİĞİ is odorless and enviromentally friendly with low VOC value.
APPLICATION AREAS: ALBERA PLATİNUM SU BAZLI DOLGU VERNİĞİ can be used safely in all types of wooden surfaces.
APPLICATION: The surfaces to be applied by ALBERA PLATİNUM SU BAZLI DOLGU VERNİĞİ should be dry, clean, sound and free from dust.Blistered and / or loose areas on the surface should be absolutely blasted and surface prepared. Surface oil, soot, rust and dirty areas should be cleaned with suitable materials before application. The first time varnished wooden surfaces to be applied should be purified from the knots before application of varnish.During application, care must be taken that the surface and ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +30 °C. Application can be done by brush, roller or spray method. Application must be done by two coats and wait minimum 2 hours between first and second coats. Tools can be cleaned with water.
THINNING RATIO: Ready to use. Do not thin with water.
DRYING TIME: ( 20 °C, HR %65 )Touch drying time 1 hour, second coat paint application time 2 hours, exact drying time 24 hours. The application should be protected from freezing conditions during the exact drying period.
CONSUMPTION: Depending on the condition of type of surface, absorption and ambient conditions to be applied, with 1 liter can be varnish 6-10 m² on one coat and 4-7 m² on two coats.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: It has a shelf life of 2 years inareas without direct sunlight and in an environment with ambient temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C for unopened packages.Storage environment should be absolutely protected from freezing. Opened and non-thinned products can be stored if tightly closed.
PACKAGING: 2,5 L container.
